These terms govern your use of Beil Audit. By accessing the platform you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Service
Beil Audit provides continuous ingestion, rule evaluation, anomaly detection, and PCAOB-aligned evidence generation. The service is provided on a subscription basis per your order form.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to circumvent authentication, RLS, or rate limits.
- No upload of data you do not have authority to process.
- No use that interferes with auditor independence requirements.
Customer data ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We process it only to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Auditor independence
External-auditor accounts are technically restricted to read-only access. Reassignment of independence-sensitive roles is logged and reportable.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". Beil Audit's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form. On termination you may export your audit evidence; we retain hashed evidence metadata as required by applicable audit-retention rules.
